Apple’s primary software starts processing after the assessment comes to end. This new software is no least or little but is the super-powerful incredibly fast macOS Catalina. Definitely, with every update, there’s some more not only updates but probably new features, updates, and stuff. Not to mention all, some of them were, splitting iTunes into all three new apps, experiencing iPad apps, improving some existing apps and countless more updates like it.
Now for installing this on Windows, as we did it, it was done in two super-smart ways that were installing macOS Catalina on VMware and installing macOS Catalina on Virtualbox. For this process, we would need some necessary stuff that would differ for every one of the process. Taking macOS Catalina on VirtualBox as consideration, we would need VirtualBox and VirtualBox extension pack first, macOS Catalina VMware & Virtualbox, Code for VirtualBox, and last but not least VirtualBox Boot Image that is what isn’t everyone knows about.
VirtualBox is the super business class virtualize software that turns installing multiple operating systems into one physical system which applies the sense of installing macOS Catalina on it. That’s completely right and it’s badly possible as we’ve done it. But when installing it most realize there’s some problem or lack that it doesn’t boot. Even though it’s with the tutorial and I’ve clearly made the statement to take a copy and use it. But that doesn’t necessarily most users pay attention to. In this case, they will eventually end up in a boot loop when installing Catalina or with some other problem.
The purpose of this separate post is to drive the attention of the users to the importance of using the file and also provide and show how to use the VirtualBox Boot Image file which will make the installation process successful. In this post, we will provide the file first, and we’ll take a look at what and how to patch this. When all the process starts from scratch, the beginning of the installation is the boot. In every process, booting is important and so in this case. In this installation, at a specific point, you’ll need the VirtualBox Boot Image which will not only boot but also perform the installation. Here’s how to use this.
Download macOS Catalina VirtualBox Boot Image
As familiar from its name, it’s particularly a boot file that is specifically for Virtualbox. Where it is used is it comes useful when booting where it is added beside the actual disk (macOS Catalina Catalina VMware & Virtualbox file). Since there’s no risk of losing or suffering, installing operating systems on VirtualBox can be interesting. But not all the installations are the same. So each of them requires different files and procedures. Just like for this process, we require different files which include VirtualBox Boot Image file in addition to the other files.
While installing every operating system whether on actual computer or on Virtualbox doesn’t require this, but for this particular one, we need Virtualbox Boot Image. This particular file isn’t easy to approach without here, that’s why we’ve come to fill this blank with the appropriate stuff.
When done, save it there and proceed with the next step now. In the next step, we’ll show how to use the VirtualBox Boot Image provided by us. So let’s get your hands dirty with it.
How to Fix Boot Loop & Use VirtualBox Boot Image
After it’s there, we will see how to prevent boot loop and use VirtualBox Boot Image. If you’ve encountered a boot loop or a problem which many users have encountered. And installing Guest Tool on VirtualBox. For both of these, we’ve made the instructions. Here’s how to do it.
